To post from your cell phone is very simple, just send an MMS (e-mail) to the address you entered after the login.
In the message you should say:
Subject: LOCAL ADDRESS (for example: Av. Paulista, 200, São Paulo, SP);
Attachment: Put a picture of the place;
Message body: [[Message of the 140]] (The message should be between [[]]).
As in the example below:
