Twhere.net is a free service that lets you update your Twitter account posting location with the picture of the place, you do not need a phone with GPS.
To use the service simply enter your login and password for Twitter and then you can post location maps from your computer or directly from your cell phone, stating the address.
It is very simple to use, just log in, enter the address and upload the photo. From your phone just send an MMS(or e-mail) message to the address you entered after login. To learn how to post from MMS you can follow this tutorial.
